ORDINANCE NO. 16,952
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3454 -B - Described as part of the SE 1/4,
SW 1/4 of Section 5, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as:
Beginning at the SW corner of the SE 1/4, SW
1/4 of Section 5, T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence
S88 049149" East 412.78 feet to the point of
beginning; thence N01012117" East 268.25
feet; thence 588047143" East 238.91 feet to a
point on the Western right -of -way line of
Stagecoach Road; thence along said Western
right -of -way line of Stagecoach Road
S08024143" West 270.26 feet; thence
N88049149" West 205.00 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 1.37 acres, more or
less from "C -2" Shopping Center District to
"C -3" General Commercial. (10424 Stagecoach
Road)

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map
be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
