AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND CLOSING AN UNNAMED
STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY LOCATED IN THE SOUTH HALF OF
THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 2
NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the unnamed street
located in an undeveloped area generally north of Chenal
Parkway and-west of St. Charles Subdivision in the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, is no longer needed for corporate
purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby
releases, vacates and abandons all its rights, together with
the rights of the public in and to the street right -of -way
designated as follows:
An unnamed street located in an undeveloped area
generally north of Chenal Parkway and west of St.
Charles Subdivision of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
A 90 ft. right -of -way for a road located in the S
1/2, SW 1/4, Section 31, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being 45 ft. right and 45 ft.
left of the following described centerline:
Starting at the Southeast corner of the S 1/2, SW
1/4, said Section 31; thence N 87 degrees 41
minutes 16 seconds W, along the South line of said
8 1/21 SW 1/4, 1404.47 ft. to the point of
beginning of the Centerline described herein;
thence Northeasterly along the arc of a 954.93 ft.
radius curve to the right having a chord bearing
and distance of N 21 degrees 42 minutes 54 seconds
E, 485.64 ft.; thence N 36 degrees 26 minutes 45
seconds E, 1031.42 ft. to a point on the North
line of said S 1/2, SW 1/4, 662.58 ft., N 87
degrees 35 minutes 02 seconds W of the Northeast
corner thereof and the point of termination of the
centerline described herein. (No easements are to
be retained.)

SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by
the City Clerk, shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder
of Pulaski County and recorded in the records of the County.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
