AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5990 - Described as part of Tract 1,
Montclair Subdivision in the South 1/2 of the
SW 1/4 of Section 4, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Little Rock, Arkansas being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the SE corner of said Tract 1;
thence N87029112 11W along the South line of
Tract 1 a distance of 431.31 feet to the West
line of said Tract 1; thence N01011125 1'E
along said West line 247.20 feet; thence
587030132 11E 430.72 feet to the Westerly
right -of -way line of Autumn Road; thence
501003118 11W along said right -of -way line
247.38 feet to the Point of Beginning
containing 2.446 acres, more or less from R -2
Single Family to 0-3 General Office.
(Located in the 900 Block of Autumn Road)

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map
be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
