ORDINANCE NO.16,922
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5986 - Described as a part of the NW 1/4 of
the SE 1/4 lying south of Asher Avenue
(Arkansas State Highway #5) in Section 13, T-
1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Commence at the SE corner of said NW 1/4 SE
1/4; thence N880271W along South line of NW
1/4 SE 1/4 a distance of 165.0 feet to the
point of beginning; thence continue N880271W
along said South line of NW 1/4 SE 1/4, 165.0
feet; thence N000041W, 567.2 feet to a point
on the South right -of -way line of Asher
Avenue (Arkansas State Highway #5); thence
S860291E along said South right -of -way line
165.0 feet; thence S000031W, 561.5 feet to
the point of beginning, containing 2.14 acres
more or less from C -3 General Commercial to
C -4 Open Display District. (Located at 6603
Asher Avenue)

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map
be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
