ORDINANCE NO. 16,920
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3434 -A - Described as Tract B, Phase No. 1,
Cole Subdivision to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, LESS AND EXCEPT:
A tract of land situated in Tract B, Phase
No. 1, Cole Subdivision to the of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, to be used
for street right -of -way being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of Tract B, Phase
No. 1, Cole Subdivision to the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, said point
being a 1/2" rebar in concrete; thence
N00021'49 "W for a distance of 234.03 feet
along the West line of said tract to a point,
said point also being the Point of Beginning;
thence N00021149 11W for a distance of 10.55
feet along the West line of said tract to the
NW corner thereof and the South right -of -way
line of Asher Avenue, said point being a 5/8"
rebar; thence N85059147 "R for a distance of
200.05 feet along said South right -of -way to
the NE corner of said tract, said point being
a 5/8" rebar; thence 500028106 11E for a
distance of 10.02 feet along the East line of
said tract to a point; thence 585050'43 "W for
a distance of 200.10 feet to the Point of
Beginning from C -3 General Commercial to C -4
Open Display District, and LESS AND EXCEPT
the South 50 feet, and the South 100 feet of
the East 50 feet from C -3 to OS Open Space
District. (Located at 8623 Asher Avenue)

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map
be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
