AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
THE BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS
REQUIREMENTS FOR DEAN WISDOM SUBDIVISION,
LOTS 16R, 17R, AND 18R, (5- 1058), LOCATED
AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF ARCH STREET
PIKE AND WEST GRINDE ROAD, PULASKI COUNTY,
ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of .
Ordinances be amended to provide for DEAN WISDOM
SUBDIVISION, LOTS 16R, 17R, & 18R (5- 1058), as follows:
Subsection a. That a variance from the provisions of
Sec. 31 -201 be approved, which requires that, when a
subdivision is to be developed which abuts an existing
boundary street which does not meet Ordinance
standards, the developer is to provide the required
improvements on his /her half of the right -of -way, and
permit the development of the lots in the DEAN WISDOM
SUBDIVISION without having to make street improvements
to Arch Street Pike and W. Grinds Rd.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
