AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING AND CLOSING ALHA14BRA COURT
BETWEEN CHENAL PARKWAY AND BRISTOL DRIVE IN MONTCLAIR
HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, PHASE II, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND ALL EASEMENTS LOCATED WITHIN THAT
PORTION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that Alhambra Court
between Chenal Parkway and Bristol Drive in Montclair
Heights Subdivision, Phase II, in the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, is no longer needed for corporate purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby
releases, vacates and abandons all its right, together with
the rights of the public in and to the street right -of -way
and all easements located within that portion of right -of-
way designated as follows:
Alhambra Court from the north right -of -way line of
Bristol Drive, south to the north right -of -way
line of Chenal Parkway, and all easements located
within that portion of right -of -way, in Montclair
Heights Subdivision, Phase II, City of Little
Rock, located in the NE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 4,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. Abutting owners of record, receiving title
to the abandoned right -of -way and easement shall at their
cost remove all vestiges of public use and access as may
exist; such modifications shall include, but are not limited
to the following:
A. The entrances on both ends of the abandoned right -
of -way and easement shall be offset and /or rebuilt
to conform to the standard driveway design as
required by Chapter 30, Article II, Little Rock
City Code Revised 1988.
B. The edge of pavement of the right -of -way shall be
rebuilt to conform to existing conditions in the
general vicinity where the abandoned right -of -way
and easement intersects with the remaining public
right -of -way.
SECTION 3. A copy of'this Ordinance, duly certified by
the City Clerk, shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder
of Pulaski County and recorded in the records of the County.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
