AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR VARIANCES FROM THE
REQUIREMENTS FOR RIGHT -OF -WAY AND STREET WIDTHS
FOR HINSON LOOP OFFICE PARK (5- 1028 -A), LOCATED
AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF HINSON RD. AND
HINSON LOOP RD., LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for variances from certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for HINSON
LOOP OFFICE PARK (5- 1028 -A), located at the southwest corner of
Hinson Rd. and Hinson Loop Rd., as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282, which requires the
minimum width of rights -of -way for internal street systems
in office subdivisions to be 60 feet, be varied to permit
internal street rights -of -way of 46 feet and 40 feet, as
designated on the preliminary plat as approved by the Little
Rock Planning Commission.
Subsection b. That Section 31 -282, which requires the
minimum paving width for internal streets within office
subdivisions to be 36 feet, be varied to permit internal
streets to be 30 feet.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
