AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 1,
2, 3 AND 4 OF THE THOMAS SUBDIVISION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AS C -3 WITH CONDITIONS,
AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS ;. AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE' CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. (a) That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 5698 -A - Described as Lots 1, 2, 3
and 4 of Thomas Subdivision to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, a replat of Lot 10
Montclair Subdivision, from PCD Planned
Commercial Development to C -3 General
Commercial with conditions. (Bowman Road
and Hermitage Road).
(b) The conditions on this rezoning are:
(1) That the following were available to C -3, general
commercial shall not be permitted on this property:
(a) butcher shop (b) cabinet and woodwork shop
(c) church
(d) college dormitory
(e) college fraternity or sorority
(f) college, university or seminary
(g) convent or monastery
(h) feed store
(i) group care homes
(j) hand craft ceramic sculpture or similar art work
(k) job printing, lithographer, printing, or blueprinting
(1) library, art gallery, museum or similar public use
(m) lodge or fraternal organization
(n) mortuary or funeral home
(o) multi - family dwellings (as per the R -5 District 1)

(2) Site plan review is required pursuant to the Little
Rock Revised Code of Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district
map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
