ORDINANCE NO. 16,873
AN ORDINANCE AMENDED CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE FROM THE
MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE LENGTH OF A LOOP STREET FOR
SAID LOOP STREET TO MEET THE CLASSIFICATION
AS A MINOR RESIDENTIAL STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for a variance from certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for
HUNTER'S GREEN LONG -FORM PD -R (Z- 4587 -A), located northwest of
the cul -de -sac at the west end of Hunter's Glen Blvd., Little
Rock, Arkansas, as follows:
Subsection a. That the definition of "Minor Residential
Street ", as contained in Section 31 -2. Definitions, of the
Subdivision Regulations be varied to permit the loop street
as shown in the plan for the HUNTER'S GREEN LONG -FORM PD -R,
to be constructed to a length of 1765 feet, in lieu of the
1500 foot maximum length permitted for such loop streets.
SECTION 2. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
