ORDINANCE NO. 16,872
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT -
RESIDENTIAL TITLED HUNTER'S GREEN -- LONG -
FORM PLANNED DEVELOPMENT- RESIDENTIAL (Z- 4587 -A),
LOCATED NORTHWEST OF THE CUL -DE -SAC AT THE WEST
END OF HUNTER'S GLEN BLVD., IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from PRD to PD -R.
A parcel of land in Section 32, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, located
northwest of the cul -de -sac at the west end of Hunter's
Glen Blvd., Little Rock, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of the SE 1/4, NE 1/4 of
said Section 32; THENCE N89 051'38 "E along the N line of
said SE 1/4, NE 1/4 658.8' to the NE corner of the W
1/2, SE 1/4, NE 1/4, said corner also being the NW
corner of the W 1/2, SE 1/4, NE 1/4, said corner also
being the NW corner of Lot 1, Hunter's Glen, an
addition to the City of Little Rock, AR; THENCE
S0 018147 11E along the E line of said W 1/2, SE 1/4, NE
1/4 and along the W line of said Lot 1, 609.7' to the
SW corner of said Lot 1, said corner lying on the N ROW
line of Hunter's Glen Blvd.; THENCE SWerly along said
Nly ROW line being the arc of a 55' radius with a curve
to the left having a chord bearing and distance of
S44 046158 11W 77.65' to a point on the W line of the SE
1/4, NE 1/4; THENCE N0033137 11W along said W line
667.33' to the POB, and containing 10.005 acres more or
less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for HUNTER'S GREEN LONG -FORM PD -R (Z- 4587 -A) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time
specified by Chapter 36, Article Vii, Section 36- 454(d) of the
Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and the
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
