AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $21,322.99 FROM THE CITY'S GENERAL
FUND AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO PAY A
SETTLEMENT IN THE CASE OF DEBBIE K. LINN AND GARY LINN V.
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ET AL., IN SATISFACTION OF THE JUDGEMENT
OF THE COURT IN THAT MATTER.

WHEREAS, the City has been ordered to pay the sum of $21,322.99 in settlement of the
case, Debbie K. Linn and Gary Linn v. City of Little Rock, et al., No. 93 -6991, Circuit Court of
Pulaski County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
,SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General Fund $21,322.99 in full and
final satisfaction and settlement for all claims involved in Debbie K. Linn and Gary Linn v. City
of Little Rock, et al.
SECTION 2. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to direct that such payment
be made to the Plaintiffs in full and final settlement of the case.
