AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MASTER STREET
PLAN, DOWNGRADING A MINOR ARTERIAL TO A
COLLECTOR AND FOR OTHER MATTERS.
WHEREAS, the City Staff recommends the downgrade and
believes that the resulting collector pattern will be
adequate; and,
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission after
review of the amendment recommends the Plan change.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Master Street Plan map is changed to
downgrade to minor arterial to a collector from the West
Loop south to near Chenal Parkway, West of the St. Charles
Subdivision.
SECTION 2. The Master Street Plan text in the Chapter
entitled "Functional Classification of Street System, Minor
Arterials" section is amended as follows:
