AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION TO
A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT AND
PROVIDING FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF A POD
DISTRICT TITLED HERMITAGE ROAD
BUSINESS CENTER -- AMENDED SHORT -FORM
POD (Z- 5583 -A), LOCATED AT 11,701
HERMITAGE ROAD, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO.16,323 AND CHAPTER 36, SECTION
36 -176 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 16,323, passed on
December 15, 1992, be amended to provide for modification of
the District described as:
HERMITAGE ROAD MINI - WAREHOUSE POD (Z -5583)
SECTION 2. That the revised Site Development Plan be
approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the maintenance of the zoning
classification for HERMITAGE ROAD BUSINESS CENTER -- AMENDED
SHORT -FORM POD (Z- 5583 -A), is conditioned upon obtaining
final plan approval within the time specified by Article
VII, Section VII, Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 -81.
and 36 -82, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, and the designated district map and its is
hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to affect the designated change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the
Planning Commission.
