AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A
WAIVER OF SUBDIVISION REGULATION
REQUIREMENTS FOR LOT 10A, PARAGON PLACE
ADDITION (5- 154 -5), LOCATED AT 1100
SOUTHEDGE DRIVE, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for LOT
10A, PARAGON PLACE ADDITION (5- 154 -5), located at 1100 Southedge
Drive, as follows:
Subsection a. That the provisions of Section 31 -143 be
waived which require owners of a single lot, tract, or
parcel to apply for, receive approval for, and file with the
Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County a final recorded plat for
lot splits of the single lot, tract, or parcel.
Subsection b. That the provisions of Section 31 -143 be
waived which require that no sub - standard lots be created in
a lot split, and permit Lot 10A to be 0.76 acres in lieu of
the 1 -acre minimum specified in the Zoning Regulations for
MF -24 zoning districts lots.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
