AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 5552 -B - Described as part of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4
and part of the NE 1/4, NW 1/4 of Section 10, T -1-
S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as:
Commencing at the NW corner of the NE 1/4, NW 1/4
of Section 10; thence 500023103 11W along the West
line of said NE 1/4, NW 1/4 25.14 feet to a point
on the South right -of -way line of Mabelvale West
Road, said point being the Point of Beginning;
thence N89053132 11E along the South right -of -way
line of Mabelvale West Road 425.00 feet; thence
500013103 11W 623.59 feet to a point on the North
right -of -way of Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district
map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
