ORDINANCE NO.16,834
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
14,850 AND REVOKING A "PRD" DISTRICT
TITLED THE BLUFFS SHORT -FORM PRD
(Z -4396) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14,850 was passed on April 2,
1985; and
WHEREAS, the Ordinance changed the zone classification
from R -5, 0-3 and 1 -2 to PRD on the following described
property.
Lots 11, 12, 13, 14 and East 100 feet of Lots 8,
9 and 10 all in Block 181, Original City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
WHEREAS, the Ordinance was to have taken effect upon
final approval of the plan by the Little Rock Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the owner has not submitted a final
development plan /plat within the prescribed time.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 14,850 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat approved by Ordinance No. 14,850 is hereby revoked.
SECTION 3. That the PRD district classification of the
below listed property is revoked and the former R -5, 0-3 and
I -2 classifications are restored on the official zoning map.

East 100 feet of Lots 8, 9 and 10, all in Block,
181, Original City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas. (Garland Street)

SECTION 4. That Section 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas is hereby amended by amending the
map referred to in that Section to the extent that The Bluffs
Short -form PRD is hereby amended to comply with the ordinance
repealing Ordinance No. 14,850 and that R -5, 0-3 and I -2 are
re- established.

SECTION 5. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
