AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DISTRICT - RESIDENTIAL
TITLED VILLAGE AT FOXCROFT WOODS -- PLANNED
DISTRICT - RESIDENTIAL (Z- 3510 -A), AND LOCATED
ON THE WEST SIDE OF FOXCROFT ROAD, APPROXIMATELY
0.15 MILE NORTH OF CANTRELL ROAD, IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from 0-2 to PD -R.
A parcel of land in Section 26, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, and located
on the west side of Foxcroft Rd., approximately 0.15 mile north
of Cantrell Rd., Little Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the NE corner of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of
said Section 26; thence 888 059'59 "W 20.0' to the
POB; thence S02001'31 "E 122.79'; thence 588003'52 "W
322.98'; thence, along a 50' radius curve to the
left for a chord bearing and distance of
543003152 11W 70.711; thence 501056'08 "E 210.01';
thence along a 97.89' radius curve to the right for
a chord bearing and distance of S11000'27 "W 43.86';
thence S230371551W 58.651; thence N66002150 "w
32.561; thence along a 62.84' curve to the left for
a chord bearing and distance of N80019124 "W 27.60';
thence N88034132 11W 25.661; thence N01025128 11W
465.12'; thence N88059159 11E 485.78' to the POB,
containing 2.3 acres more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planing
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for VILLAGE AT FOXCROFT WOODS -- PLANNED DISTRICT -
RESIDENTIAL is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval
within the time specified by Chapter 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan.
