ORDINANCE NO.16,818
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3410 -D - Described as part of Lots 21 and 28,
West Highland Subdivision, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 21, said
West Highland Subdivision; thence S89 031106 11E
along the North line of said Lot 21, 160.78 feet
to a point on the East line of the West 1/2 of Lot
21, said Addition; thence S00071551W along the
East line of the West 1/2 of said Lots 21 and 28,
430.0 feet; thence S89 027146 11W, 154.36 feet to a
point on the West line of said Lot 28; thence
N0 043129 11W and along the West line of said Lot 28
and along the West line of Lot 21, said West
Highland Subdivision, 430.0 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 67,744 square feet or 1.5871
acres more or less from PCD Planned Commercial
Development to C -2 Shopping Center District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map
be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
