AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A
WAIVER OF THE SIDEWALK REQUIREMENTS FOR
WORTHEN BANK BRANCH, CHENAL PARKWAY
(Z- 4933 -C), LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF CHENAL PARKWAY AND KANIS ROAD,
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for
WORTHEN BANK BRANCH, CHENAL PARKWAY (Z- 4933 -C), located at the
southeast corner of Chenal Parkway and Kanis Road, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282. which requires a
sidewalk to be constructed along both sides of commercial
streets be waived to permit the construction of the WORTHEN
BANK BRANCH, CHENAL PARKWAY, without the sidewalk along the
Kanis Road frontage of the site.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
