ORDINANCE NO. 16,790
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z-5891 - Described as a part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4,
Section 35, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the NE corner of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4;
thence S890591W 625.0 feet; thence South 630.0
feet; thence S890591W 35.0 feet to the point of
beginning; thence S16000'E 608.8 feet to a point
on the Northerly right -of -way line of Interstate
Route No. 30; thence 561037130 11w along said
Northerly right -of -way 185.0 feet; thence
N34021'30 "W 450.0 feet; thence N39 031130 11E 391.0
feet to the point of beginning, containing 3.2
acres, more or less from R -2 Single Family to C -4
Open Display and OS Open Space. (9304 I -30)
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map
be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
