ORDINANCE NO. 16,768
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5877 - Described as part of Lots 7, 8 and 9,
Block 22, Town of Mabelvale Addition, Pulaski
County, Arkansas. More particularly described as
being all of said Lots 7, 8 and 9, Block 22, lying
North and East of Mabelvale West Road and the
South 1/2 an alley abutting the northerly side of
said Lots 7, 8 and 9, and containing .264 acres
more or less from R -2 Single Family to C -1
Neighborhood Commercial. (Train Station Drive)
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map
be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
