AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3168 -D - Described as of the North 1/2 NW 1/4 NW
1/4 of Section 4, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as:
Commencing at the NE corner of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4
of Section 4; thence S01 014143" West along the
East line of said NW 1/4 NW 1/4 660.79 feet to the
SE corner of the North 1/2 NW 1/4 NW 1/4; thence
N82011153" West 1063.04 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continue N82 011153" West 287.58
feet to a point on the West line of said NW 1/4 NW
1/4; thence N01 °19'31" East along the West line of

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map
be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
