ORDINANCE NO. 16,747
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER
OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED TO
CANTRELL ROAD FOR ST. MICHAEL'S
EPISCOPAL CHURCH TO BE LOCATED AT 12401
CANTRELL ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for waiver of certain requirements within the
Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan of the City of
Little Rock for St. Michael's Episcopal Church to be located at
12401 Cantrell, as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31 be waived for the
purposes of complying with conditions pursuant to a
conditional use permit issued by the Little Rock
Planning Commission allowing for the construction
of St. Michael's Episcopal church to be located at
12401 Cantrell Road.
The specific improvement to be waived is a 6 foot
wide sidewalk extending approximately 225 feet
along the south side of Cantrell Road where
adjacent to the proposed St. Michael's Church
property.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
