ORDINANCE NO. 16,742 429
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO APPROPRIATE $25,000 FROM
THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE
GENERAL FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSES OF
PRODUCING AND DISTRIBUTING THE 1995
CITY SERVICES CALENDAR.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors requested that the City
return to the old calendar format; and
WHEREAS, the total cost for the old format is estimated at
$45,000 making it necessary to appropriate additional funding
based on the fact that only $20,000 was budgeted for the new
format in 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to appropriate
$25,000 from the unappropriated balance of the General Funds for
the purposes of producing and distributing the 1995 City
Services Calendar.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
