ORDINANCE NO. 16 Y 2 S
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5854 - Described as a part of the NW 1/4,
NW 1/4, Section 11, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as:
Beginning 319 feet North and 490 feet East of
the SW corner of said NW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section
11; thence East 113.0 feet; thence
N2056150 "E, 312.76 feet to a point in the
centerline of Kanis Road; thence N63 039110 11W
along said centerline, 137.07 feet; thence
S0 057130 11W, 373.24 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 40,756 square feet or
0.9356 acre more or less from R -2 Single
Family to C -3 General Commercial.

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
