ORDINANCE NO.. 16,736
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5822 - Described as a part of the NE 1/4 SW
1/4, a part of SE 1/4 SW 1/4, and all of
Fractional NW 1/4 SW 1/4, and part of
Fractional SW 1/4 SW 1/4 in Section 7, T -2 -N,
R -13 -W, and part of NE 1/4 NW 1/4, Section
18, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, and part of SE 1/4 NE 1/4,
and all of NE 1/4 SE 1/4 all of the SE 1/4 SE
1/4 lying north of Little Maumelle River and
all of SW 1/4 SE 1/4 lying North and East of
Little Maumelle River and part NW 1/4 SE 1/4
in Section 12, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas more particularly described as

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
