AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 5157 -A - Described as a tract of land
situated in the SE 1/4 of Section 8, T -1 -N,
R -11 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the center of said Section 8;
thence S39 020'04 "W, 190.01 feet; thence
S88 035131 11E, 1503.91 feet; thence
S01 048113 11W, 12.00 feet to a point on the
North right -of -way line of relocated Kellett
Road; thence along said North right -of -way
line the following courses: S88 035131 "E,
69.20 feet; thence S01 050'19 "W, 10.49 feet;
and thence S88 051'24 "E, 69.20 feet; thence
S01050'19 11W, 10.49 feet; and thence
888051'24 "E, 226.02 feet to the Point of
Beginning; thence along the South right -of-
way line of Kellett Road S89 009119 "E, 300.0
feet; thence 501022107 "W, 181.06 feet; thence

acres, more or less from I -1 Industrial Park
and OS Open Space to 0-3 General Office.

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
