AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY LAND
USE PLAN IN THE ELLIS MOUNTAIN
DISTRICT, CHANGING AN AREA FROM LOW
DENSITY MULTIFAMILY TO SUBURBAN
OFFICE AND SINGLE FAMILY, EITHER SIDE
OF RANIS NORTH OF PRIDE VALLEY ROAD;
AND FOR OTHER MATTERS.
WHEREAS, the Planning Staff
believes that the Plan should be
and Single Family; and,
after review of the area
amended to Suburban Office
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after conducting a
public hearing recommends the Plan be amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The plan is changed from Low Density
Multifamily to Suburban Office, either side of Kanis north
of Pride Valley Road.
SECTION 2. The plan is changed from Low Density
Multifamily to Single Family along Woodcreek Drive and to
the east.
SECTION 3. The City's adopted Land Use Plan Map is
amended as shown on the attached sketch.
