AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER
OF SIDEWALK REQUIREMENTS FOR VIDEO
VIEWING, INCORPORATED LOCATED AT 11408
OTTER CREEK SOUTH ROAD (B.P. 94 -094).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements
within the Boundary Street Ordinance and Subdivision
Ordinance of the City of Little Rock for Video Viewing,
Incorporated located at 11408 Otter Creek South as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 30 be waived for purposes
of complying with conditions pursuant to a building
permit issued for Video Viewing, Incorporated located
at 11408 Otter Creek South Road.
SECTION 2. The specific improvement to be waived is a
sidewalk required for approximately 160 feet along the Otter
Creek South Road frontage of 11408 Otter Creek South Road.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
