AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENT REQUIREMENTS
FOR CHENAL VILLAGE -- LONG -FORM PCD
(Z- 5839), LOCATED AT THE NORTH -EAST CORNER
OF FINANCIAL CENTER PARKWAY AND AUTUMN
ROAD, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for CHENAL VILLAGE -- LONG -FORM PCD (Z- 5839), located
at the northeast corner of Financial Center Parkway and
Autumn Road, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31- 201(h), which requires a
developer to provide one -half of the Master Street
Plans specified improvements and right -of -way whenever
a proposed development abuts a partially dedicated
right -of -way, be waived to permit the dedicated north-
south right -of -way lying along the east boundary of
CHENAL VILLAGE -- LONG -FORM PCD to remain unimproved
and to stand as part of the designated landscape buffer
as provided for in the PCD site plan.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
