HomeMy WebLinkAbout167130 ORDINANCE NO. 16,713 • AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR CHENAL VILLAGE -- LONG -FORM PCD (Z- 5839), LOCATED AT THE NORTH -EAST CORNER OF FINANCIAL CENTER PARKWAY AND AUTUMN ROAD, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. M M BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for CHENAL VILLAGE -- LONG -FORM PCD (Z- 5839), located at the northeast corner of Financial Center Parkway and Autumn Road, as follows: Subsection a. That Section 31- 201(h), which requires a developer to provide one -half of the Master Street Plans specified improvements and right -of -way whenever a proposed development abuts a partially dedicated right -of -way, be waived to permit the dedicated north- south right -of -way lying along the east boundary of CHENAL VILLAGE -- LONG -FORM PCD to remain unimproved and to stand as part of the designated landscape buffer as provided for in the PCD site plan.
