AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 16,309
AND RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR
OTHER MATTERS.
WHEREAS, after review of ordinances, legal advertisement,
contact lists and other materials related to the reclassification
of properties in the Central High Neighborhood. Staff believes
10 lots along Wright Avenue were included in the reclassification
which should not have been; and,
WHEREAS, the use of the lots in Commercial, has been
commercial and the zone was C -3, General Commercial which is
appropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed from R -3 Single Family to C -3
General Commercial.
Z- 5631 -A - Described as Lots 8 -11 and 26 -29, Block
42 and Lots 8 and 9, Block 43 of Pasesh's
Subdivision to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the changes provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and being
full force from and after its passage and approval.
