AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z-5827 - Described as a part of the SE 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 of Section 17, T -1 -N, R -11 -W; now in the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 750.5 feet North of the
Southwest corner of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
said Section and 30.0 feet East of the West side
of said SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4; thence 582048' East
a distance of 706.0 feet; thence 55020' West a
distance of 661.5 feet; thence West a distance of
236.0 feet; thence N700' East a distance of 357
feet; thence West a distance of 175.0 feet; thence
North a distance of 122.0 feet; thence West a
distance of 270.0 feet; thence North a distance of
272.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing
6.62 acres more or less from R -2 Single Family to
I -2 Light Industrial. (Frazier Pike)
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map
be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
