HomeMy WebLinkAbout166910 0 ORDINANCE NO. 16,691 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND ORDINANCE NO. 15,765 AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 15,965 PROVIDING FOR DEFERRALS OF SIDEWALK AND LANDSCAPING REQUIREENTS FOR SOUTH HILL TERRACE ADDITION SHORT -FORM POD (Z -5817) 327 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral of certain requirements with the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for SOUTH HILL TERRACE ADDITION SHORT -FORM POD (Z -5817) as follows: Subsection a. That the requirement to construct a sidewalk along the Highway 10 frontage of South Hill Terrace Addition Short -Form POD be deferred for a maximum of three (3) years, or to within sixty (60) days of completion of the sewer main which is proposed to be constructed along the Highway 10 frontage of the property, whichever date comes sooner. SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 15,765, as amended by Ordinance No. 15,965, be amended to provide for a deferral of certain requirements within the overlay district for the Highway 10 corridor for SOUTH HILL TERRACE ADDITION SHORT -FORM POD (Z -5817) as follows: Subsection a. That the requirement of paragraph D.5.d. of Ordinance No. 15,765, as amended by Ordinance No. 15,965, which requires landscaping in the front yard of the Highway 10 frontage a minimum of 40 feet, exclusive of right -of -way area, be modified to provide for a deferral of the requirement within the front twenty (20) feet of the frontage of South Hill Terrace Addition Short -Form POD for a maximum of three (3) years, or to within sixty (60) days of completion of the sewer main which is proposed to be constructed along the Highway 10 frontage of the property, whichever date comes sooner.
