ORDINANCE NO. 16,687
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
OFFICE DEVELOPMENT TITLED MARCIE HEIEN
SHORT -FORM POD (Z- 2058 -B), AND LOCATED
AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF "T" AND WATT
STREETS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from 0-3 to POD.
A parcel of land in Section 26, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Little
Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
Lots 7 and 8, Block 15, Bellevue Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, and the North 1/2 of a strip
of land formerly platted as an alley abutting and
contiguous to Lots 7 and 8, Block 15, Bellevue
Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas, as closed and vacated
by Ordinance No. 14567 of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and certified copy being filed under document
No. 84- 01076, record of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for MARCIE HEIEN (SHORT -FORM POD) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article Vii, Section 36- 454(d)
of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and 3 22
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
