CHANGING AN AREA FROM
MIXED USE, ALONG THE
WOODROW NORTH OF 16TH
OTHER MATTERS.

WHEREAS, the Planning Staff has reviewed the area and
recommends the plan be amended; and,
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission after
review of the matter believes the area should be designated
a mixed use area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The plan is changed from industrial to
mixed use, along the east side of Woodrow, north of 16th
Street.
SECTION 2. The City's adopted Land Use Plan Map is
amended as shown on the attached sketch.
