ORDINANCE NO. 16,660
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3173 -A - Described as part of the SW 1/4, SW
1/4, Section 11, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Starting at the Northwest corner of the SW 1/4, SW
1/4,' said Section 11; thence S88 018146 11E along the
North line of said SW 1/4, SW 1/4, 726:64 feet to
the point of beginning; thence 588018146 11E and
continuing along said North line, 548.43 feet to a
point on the west right -of -way line of John Barrow
Road; thence SO105411411W along said West right -of-
way line 379.0 feet; thence N88 018146 11W and
parallel with the North line of said SW 1/4, SW
1/4, 547.0 feet; thence N1 °41'14 "E and
perpendicular to said North line, 379.0 feet to
the point of beginning, containing 4.7655 --- _m
Acres more or less from MF -12 Multi - family to MF-
18 Multifamily. (John Barrow Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map
be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
