AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY
LAND USE PLAN IN THE BOYLE PARK
DISTRICT, CHANGING AN AREA FROM
MULTIFAMILY TO COMMERCIAL, 135 FEET
WEST OF HUGHES STREET AND SOUTH OF
I -630, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Planning Staff has reviewed the are and
recommends the plan be amended; and,

WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission after review of
the case believes the best use for the site is commercial;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The plan is changed from multi - family to
commercial north of the Haven of Rest cemetery to I -630, from 135
feet west of Hughes Street west to the existing commercial zoning
district.
SECTION 2. The City's adopted Land Use Plan map is amended
as shown on the attached sketch.
