ORDINANCE NO. 16,641
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL
FOR A FIVE YEAR TIME PERIOD OF THE
REQUIREMENT TO CONSTRUCT STREET
IMPROVEMENTS ALONG THE LAWSON ROAD
FRONTAGE OF MEDICAL ELECTRONICS, INC. PCD
(Z- 5801), LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
LAWSON ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 0.6 MILES WEST
OF COLONEL GLENN ROAD; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
HE IT ORDAINED BY THE HOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the
