ORDINANCE NO. 161639
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z-5802 - Described as a tract of land being
part of the East 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section
5, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, in the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of the above said
East 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 5; thence
S86047,26 "E, along the South line thereof,
29.90 feet to the Easterly Right -of -Way Line
of Timber Ridge Drive; thence North along
said Right -of -Way, 200.31 feet to the Point
of Beginning; thence North along said Right -
of -way, 134.63 feet; thence S86 047126 "E,
715.00 feet; thence N82042134 "E, 192.53 feet
to a point on the Westerly Right -of -Way Line
of Chenal Parkway; thence along the said
Right -of -Way Line of Chenal Parkway the
following Courses and Distances; S28 059154 "E,
122.28 feet; thence along the arc of a Curve
to the Left (said Curve having a Radius of
1482.39 feet, and a Delta of 8005158 "), and a
Chord Bearing and Distance of S32005114 "E,
157.73 feet; thence N86047'26 "W. 1029.68 feet
to the Point of Beginning, containing 3.29
acres more or less from 0-3 General Office to
C -2 Shopping Center District. ( Chenal
Parkway and Atkins Road)
SECTION 2. Subject to the condition (proposed by the
applicant) that the remaining 0-3 area, between the C -2 and
the Timber Ridge Subdivision, shall be restricted to one or
two story buildings.

SECTION 3. That the map referred in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 4. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
