ORDINANCE NO. 16,633
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5791 - Described as part of the SW 1/4 of
the SE 1/4 of Section 8, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, in
the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the Quarter Section Corner
between Sections 8 and 17; thence North 468.6
feet; thence North 62 1/4 degrees East 34.3
feet to the intersection of the North line of
Asher Avenue with the East line of Maple
Street; thence North 62 1/4 degrees East 58
feet along the North line of Asher; thence
North 131 feet; thence South 88 degrees West
50 feet to the East line of Maple Street;
thence South 159.5 feet to the Point of
Beginning from R -3 Single Family to C -1
Neighborhood Commercial. (3620 Asher Avenue)
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
