SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2 to PRD.
A parcel of land in Section 26, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, and
located on the south side of Chenal Parkway, east
of Chenal Club Blvd., Little Rock, Arkansas, being
more particularly described as follows:
Being a part of the NE 1/4, SE 1/4, and SW 1/4
of the said Section 26, and beginning at the
intersection of the easterly R/W line of Chenal
Club Blvd. and the southerly R/W line of Chenal

BOULEVARD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following

SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for THE OARS OF CHENAL, LOTS B AND G AMENDED LONG -
FORM PRD is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval
within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article Vii, Section 36-
454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and the
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
