ORDINANCE NO. 16,629
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5782 - Described as part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 4
TWP. 1 South, Range 13 West, Beginning at a point 378 feet
South of the NW corner of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4, thence South
100 feet; thence East 667 ft; thence North 100 ft; thence
West 667 ft. to point of beginning, containing 1 1/3 acres,
more or less, excepting however, approx. . 40 (40/100) acres
off the above described tract of land heretofore conveyed
to the Arkansas State Highway Department and included in the
right of way of the new Little Rock -Hot Springs Highway; and
excepting approx. 0.195 acres off the West portion of the
above described tract deeded to the Arkansas State Highway
Department December 6, 1955 and recorded in deed BK 621,
page 325 of the records of Pulaski County, Arkansas; also
less and except beginning at the NW corner of the NE 1/4 SE
1/4, Section 4; thence South 2 degrees, 10 minutes West
along the West line thereof a distance of 477.0 ft to
appoint; thence South 86 degrees 37 minutes East a distance
of 192.2 ft to a point on the existing southerly R /O /W line
of Interstate Highway 30 for the POB;
Thence in a northeasterly direction along said existing
R/O /Way line on a curve right having radius of 5579.58 ft a
distance of 168.1 ft to a point; thence South 86 degrees 37
minutes East a distance of 68.1 ft to a point; on the
proposed Southerly R /O /W line of the I -430, I -30
Interchange, thence South 43 degrees 08 minutes West along
said proposed R /O /W line a distance of 130.1 ft to a point,
thence North 86 degrees 37 minutes West a distance of 120.2
ft to the point of beginning and containing 0.22 acres, more
or less, and also, part of the NE 1/4, SE 1/4 Section 4, TWP
1 South Range 13 West, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas
described as: Commence at the NW corner of said NE 1/4 SE
1/4; thence South 2 degrees 10 minutes West 377 ft; thence
South 86 degrees 58 minutes East 397.6 ft, to the easterly
right of way line of the Little Rock -Hot Springs Highway and
the point of beginning; thence North 43 degrees 08 minutes

West 94.4 ft to the point of beginning from R -2 Single
Family to I -2 Light Industrial. (11225 I -30)
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be
and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
