ORDINANCE NO. 16,614
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
THE REQUIREMENT TO CONSTRUCT A SIDEWALK
ALONG COTTONDALE LANE AND ALONG RIVERBEND
ROAD IN RIVERDALE ADDITION (Z- 3709 -A).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for Riverview Subdivision (Z- 3709 -A) as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31, Section 31 -209, be
amended to waive the requirement for a sidewalk on the
commercial street shown as Cottondale Lane from its
intersection with Riverfront Drive, north to the cul -de -sac
and lying along the south property line of Tract F of
Riverview Addition, and for a sidewalk on the commercial
street shown as Riverbend Road from its intersection with
Riverfront Drive, north to the cul -de -sac and lying along
the north property line of Tract D -2A of Riverview Addition.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
