AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5793 - Described as Lot 16, Eagle Commercial Subdivision
No. 3, Little Rock, Arkansas.
AND
Part of Tract "B" Marvin Bass Industrial Acres, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, all more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot 16,
Eagle Commercial Subdivision No. 3, said corner lying on the
South right -of -way line of Mitchell Drive; thence S00411E
along the east line of said Lot 16 and said Eat line
extended southerly, 260.11 ft.; thence S890401W, 298.92 ft.
to a point on the east right -of -way line of Frenchman's
Lane; thence N0023115 11W along said East right -of -way line,
251.8 ft.; thence northeasterly and continuing along said
East right -of -way line, being the arc of a 25 ft. radius
curve to the right, having a chord bearing and distance of
N46 °28130 11E, 36.85 ft. to a point on the South right -of -way
line of Mitchell Drive; thence S860461E along said South
right -of -way line, 271.16 ft. to the point of beginning,
containing 80, 182 sq. ft. or 1.8407 acres more or less from
I -2 Light Industrial to C -3 General Commercial. (Mitchell
Drive and Frenchman's Lane)
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be
and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
