AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5785 - described as part of the N 1/2, SW 1/4, NW 1/4 of
Section 22, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as:
Commencing at the NE corner of SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 22,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence 588 059120" W along the North line
thereof 174.00' to the Pint of Beginning said point being on
the Westerly right of way line of Shackleford Road; thence S
16 003127" E along said Westerly right of way line of
Shackleford Road a distance of 195.251; thence continuing
along said Westerly right of way line along a curve to the
right having a radius of 805.73' and a chord bearing and
distance of S 10 014130" E 153.631; thence continuing along
said Westerly right of way line S O5 014130" E 115.551;
thence continuing along said Westerly right of way line
along a curve to the left having a radius of 968.32' and a
chord bearing and distance of S 09 018130" E 137.341; thence
continuing along said Westerly right of way line S 13 022130"
E 67.741; thence S 89 052145" W along the South line of said
SW 1/4, NW 1/4 561.191; thence N 00 042149" W 528.161; thence
S 89 050113" E 129.911; thence N 00 008138" W 132.11' to a
point on the North line of said SW 1/4, NW 1/4; thence S
89 019151" E along the North line of said SW 1/4, NW 1/4 a
distance of 307.21' to the Point of Beginning, containing
7.26 Acres, more or less from R -2 Single Family to I -1
Industrial Park. (4800 South Shackleford)
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be
and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designated the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
