HomeMy WebLinkAbout166100 0 ORDINANCE NO. 16,610 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 156 WHEREAS, the applicant offered a number of conditions and restrictions to be included in the reclassification ordinance and to run with the subject property; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the request and recommended approval of the 0-3 rezoning with the conditions and restrictions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z -5726 - All of that part of Tract "B ", Section "A ", SANDPIPER ADDITION to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as: Beginning at a point on the Easterly right of way line of Peach Tree Drive, said point being the common corner of Lot 1 and Tract "B ", thence North 64 deg. 06 min. 30 sec. East along said right of way line a distance of 273.4 feet to a concrete monument; thence South 22 deg. 47 min. 30" East 113.8 feet to a concrete monument; thence South 61 deg. 14 min. West 149.62 feet to a concrete monument; thence South 60 deg. 54 min. 11 sec. West 118.0 feet to the Southerly common corner of Lot 1 and Tract "B ", thence North 25 deg. 531 30" West along the common line between Lot 1 and Tract "B" a distance of 127.74 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.75 acres, more or less from R -2 single family to 0-3 General Office. (Peach Tree Drive) SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 4.
