AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 16,561 (THE
1994 BUDGET ORDINANCE) TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL FUNDS
FOR THE NATHANIEL W. HILL COMMUNITY COMPLEX; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, on December 21, 1993, the Board of Directors
adopted the 1994 Budget Ordinance for the City of Little
Rock; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the funding
provided in the 1994 Budget Ordinance for support of the
Nathaniel W. Hill Community Complex was insufficient.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The 1994 Program Budget Summary attached to
Ordinance No. 16,561, the 1994 Budget Ordinance, is hereby
amended to increase the budget for Organization 1400,
General Services Administration, by $50,000 from $341,735 to
$391,735 to provide additional funding for support of the
Nathaniel W. Hill Community Complex.
