3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 16,528, WHICH
4 VACATED AND CLOSED A PORTION OF VOGLER STREET
5 LYING GENERALLY BETWEEN WEST 12TH STREET AND ROCK
6 CREEK ABUTTING BLOCK 1, HOCOTT HOME SITES
7 SUBDIVISION, TO CORRECT THE PROPERTY DESCRIPTION.

9 WHEREAS, on November 16, 1993, the Little Rock Board of
10 Directors passed Little Rock Ordinance No. 16,528; and
11 WHEREAS, said Ordinance vacated and closed a portion of
12 Vogler Street lying generally between West 12th Street and
13 Rock Creek abutting Block 1, Hocott Homes Sites Subdivision
14 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; and
15 WHEREAS, the legal description of the right -of -way
16 abandoned by said Ordinance erroneously described the right -
17 of -way as abutting Block 1, Hocott Home Sites Subdivision;
18 and
19 WHEREAS, the right -of -way abuts Tract 11, Hocott Home
20 Sites Subdivision.
21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
22 DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
23 SECTION 1. Little Rock Ordinance No. 16,528 (November
24 16, 1993) is hereby amended to substitute the following
25 legal description in Section 1 of said Ordinance, as
26 follows:

28 The remaining 20' wide right -of -way of Vogler
Street beginning at a point 200.00 feet south of
29 the centerline of West 12th Street, running south
30 523.51 feet to Rock Creek, located in the "West
End Subdivision of the E 1/2, NW 1/4, Sec. 12,
31 T -1 -N, R -13 -W" and abutting Tract 11 of Hocott
32 Home Sites Subdivision of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas.

34 SECTION 2. All other provisions of Little Rock
35 Ordinance No. 16,528 shall remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 3. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by
the City Clerk, shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder
of Pulaski County and recorded in the records of the County.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
