AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A FIVE (5)
YEAR DEFERRAL OF STREET IMPROVEMENT
REQUIREMENTS TO VIMY RIDGE ROAD FOR THE
CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST LOCATED AT 11800
VIMY RIDGE ROAD

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for a five (5) year deferral of certain
requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street
Plan of the City of Little Rock for the Church of Jesus Christ at
11800 Vimy Ridge Road as follows:
Subsection 1. That Chapter 31 be deferred for five
(5) years for the purpose of complying with
conditions pursuant to a conditional use permit
issued by the Little Rock Planning Commission
allowing for the expansion of the existing church
and day care center located at 11800 Vimy Ridge
Road (Z- 4041 -B).
The specific improvements to be deferred are curb,
gutter, sidewalk and half of collector street
improvements along the west side of Vimy Ridge Road
for a distance of 210 feet adjacent to the Church
of Jesus Christ.
.SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
